This artwork is a triumph of color and emotion, capturing the passionate essence of music and movement. With vigorous and forceful oil brush strokes, I explored the dynamism of expressionism and the detail of realism, in which two figures merge in a sinuous embrace with the music, inviting the viewer to hear every note. The violinist in the foreground is honoring an intense memory of his own. He is doing so with the instrument that can bring tears to one's eyes because of the strong emotions it can evoke, whose vibrations come very close to those of the human voice in their caressing of the strings of the soul. Paola Imposimato, professional painter from Florence, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, has to her credit in Italy and abroad numerous personal, collective and permanent exhibitions in public and private collections. She has created 120 paintings for Historical Reenactments, called “Palio”, in most of the national territory and carried out many years of collaborations with Haute Couture Houses and Publishing Houses. Her artistic production ranges from portraits to Sacred Art, from wall paintings to those on canvas, panel, wood, leather, ceramics and wax. Many awards have been achieved.
