In my artwork, I tried to capture the inexpressible bond and pure love between a little girl and her dog, using acrylics, ink and tempera on cardboard support, to bring their moments together to life. The bright colors and expressive brushstrokes in my figurative, realist style but with touches of expressionism enhance the emotion and intimacy of their embrace. This painting is an ode to joy and unconditional love that will fill any home with energy and emotion.

Paola Imposimato, professional painter from Florence, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, has to her credit in Italy and abroad numerous personal, collective and permanent exhibitions in public and private collections. She has created 120 paintings for Historical Reenactments, called “Palio”, in most of the national territory and carried out many years of collaborations with Haute Couture Houses and Publishing Houses. Her artistic production ranges from portraits to Sacred Art, from wall paintings to those on canvas, panel, wood, leather, ceramics and wax. Many awards have been achieved.
