It is usual, walking around Florence, to come across street performers such as actors, mini-bands of musicians, jugglers, mimes, acrobats, stilt-walkers, clowns, fakirs, storytellers and be attracted by the intense energy they transmit. In this work, with its vivid colors and dense, full-bodied brushstrokes, I focused attention in an evocative theatrical scene. I transfused passion and vital energy into the art, combining expressionism and Fauvism with touches of realism. Oil on canvas brought the bold colors and expressive forms to life, telling a story of contrasts and harmonies. The figures, which become musical in their dynamic composition, convey an emotional dance. This artwork will bring a breath of life and stimulating vibrations into the home.

Paola Imposimato, professional painter from Florence, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, has to her credit in Italy and abroad numerous personal, collective and permanent exhibitions in public and private collections. She has created 120 paintings for Historical Reenactments, called “Palio”, in most of the national territory and carried out many years of collaborations with Haute Couture Houses and Publishing Houses. Her artistic production ranges from portraits to Sacred Art, from wall paintings to those on canvas, panel, wood, leather, ceramics and wax. Many awards have been achieved.
