About this artwork
This artwork presents a bold and provocative image, characterized by a vivid magenta backdrop that commands attention. The central figure, sketched in assertive black strokes, depicts a stylized face with devilish horns. Striking star shapes compose the eyes, imbuing the piece with a sense of whimsy and rebellion. Below, a dollar sign replaces the mouth, suggestive of commentary on materialism or the interplay of identity and capitalism. The background features raw, expressive red scribbles that enhance the work's dynamic and chaotic energy. This piece's combination of vibrant colors, bold symbolism, and simplistic yet powerful lines creates a visually arresting and thought-provoking statement.

About the artist
I have come to a realization about myself and my art. I am impatient and I have need for instant gratification. I get frustrated with time consuming traditional techniques and want to skip ahead to the end. It is for these reasons that I am a series artist. I like to experiment with new ideas until I am satisfied with the result then I move on to a new one. Sometimes the result can lead the next series. The inspiration for a lot my work is in the trying of the new techniques. Having freedom of expression and not being limited to one style of making art are paramount to my identity as an artist.
