‘Tori’ is part of the ‘Birds’ series. I have chosen several women, either famous or not, and placed them with birds. Inspired by a known photograph of Tori Amos, I added a detailed wallpaper and four birds. It was painted on cotton canvas (57.9cm x 72.9cm) using watercolor, acrylic, pastel, pencil and marker. I have left a border around it so that it can be stretched on a frame. It can also be matted and framed behind glass.
