About this artwork
This artwork was created in collaboration with the students of DILLARD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Fort Lauderdale during their Career Day. Dillard Elementary primarily serves underprivileged children and their families and I had the opportunity, for the 3rd time in a row, of speaking to them about the different jobs they could do if they choose to be creatives when they grow up. I am committed to donating the proceeds from the sale of this piece back to the school. My intention is to request that the funds be used to establish a creative program, as I believe the school currently doesn't have one.

About the artist
I was Born in Havana Cuba — moved to Miami Florida during mid teens — Served in The US Navy right out of high school — During my 20s I received a formal education in architecture, art, and design — I believe there is a chance the universe is a simulation where nothing has innate meaning, so we get to give everything the meaning we want — I believe that what we observe creates our reality — beauty and ugliness inhabit same exact space at the same exact time. It is only us create the experience by observing.
