About this artwork
This was a piece that came quickly and spontaneously. It was meant as a portrait of the painter Romaine Brooks and the sad fact that she once ate sulphur matches in an attempt to harm herself, however I think it came out more shining and hopeful. Today I was thinking of renaming it 1000 Flames for Kamala!
