As the artist in residence for the Fairy Creek Blockade I made five 6x5 foot portraits of over five months of the ancient cedars in Eden Grove, just beyond the blockade. This tent was my studio where I would stow the painting at night after working in the forest during the day. It had a wood stove that would help dry the canvas on especially damp or rainy days.
