Free To Wander is made from a combination of foraged Earth minerals from London and pigment made from decommissioned guns from the US. This painting is part of my Soft Fascination Collection. The Soft Fascination Collection is inspired by moments of dappled light; softly, slowly, drifting and changing. They are subtle, delicate imaginings of these moments in time. Each brush stroke delicately brings to life the softness and beauty of these fluid transitions. This collection embraces the need for hope, not mindless but purposeful hope. Painted using handmade watercolour onto natural linen canvas, this artwork is an original painting finished with a UV protective matt varnish and gallery-wrapped, see photos for edging details. It can be hung unframed, if you wish to frame the painting I would suggest a simple wooden tray frame. Signed on the reverse Your painting will be carefully packaged and sent via courier directly from my studio. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Lisa-Marie Price's Perspective
A random fact I love is
the watercolour in this painting was partly made from pigment made from decommissioned guns from the US from a very clever and inspiring man Thom Little, turning guns into beautiful art.
