The world we live in seems cruel and unpredictable at times. Many times we feel powerless and drained. By creating this conviction that we may not have the power over what is happening outside - we have a power to control our inner world. By being kinder to ourselves and by spreading this kindness and passing it over to others we can regain the control over the world we perceive as negative.
