We have all faced challenging situations, and for many of us, traumatic events have left a lasting impact on our lives, prompting the development of coping mechanisms. "Coping" is a painting that delves into these mechanisms—tools that aided us in navigating difficult times and acted as a shield. However, some of these coping mechanisms may now be outdated or ineffective in dealing with life's adversities. This artwork extends an invitation to unveil the coping mechanisms we have adopted and encourages us to actively work through them. The intention is to foster a better understanding of our inner world and adaptive behavior mechanisms. By confronting and reassessing these coping strategies, the painting suggests the potential for personal growth and the creation of more effective ways to navigate life's challenges.
