About this artwork
Condemned for her power, bound by betrayal, she is not the monster—they are. Her snakes are not curses, but memories that strike back. Through pain, she awakens. Through venom, she claims her voice. This is the sacred rage of the divine feminine—misunderstood, mythologized, and rising.

About the artist

I am mixed-media artist and storyteller rooted in Kansas City’s historic 18th & Vine district. My work blends Afro-futurism, spirituality, and cultural memory to honor the past, heal the present, and spark transformation. Drawing inspiration from ancestral wisdom, jazz, and the resilience of Black communities, I creates art that is both a mirror and a prayer.
