The Tartaros lay beneath the underworld. It was almost like a prison of gods. Soon after, Gaia gave birth to 12 children of Uranos, the Titans. Titans are demigods. At some point, Gaia quarreled with Uranos. She called her children, the Titans, to her and said: "Your father locked your sisters and brothers in the Tartarus.
