About this artwork
"How I Created This Artwork" This piece, like many others, appeared to me just before sleep, each night becoming clearer in my mind. Once the vision fully “ripened,” I began bringing it to life. Inside, I embedded LED strips—light, in essence. This addition gives the work two distinct faces: one, with the light off, shows a woman with her memories threaded like beads along the string of her life; and another, revealed when the light is on, unveils a softly illuminated memory behind her. The visible part of the artwork is crafted on burlap. I’ve used plaster, acrylic paints, oil colors, and metallic shades for the woman's figure, the beads, and the base. The close-up captures the meticulous detail of the beads, symbolizing her memories as they flow across the piece. Inside, LED strips, a transformer, and a dimmer allow the light’s intensity to be adjusted, highlighting the background memory.

About the artist
For the last 15 years I have been doing artistic workshops, being careful not to disturb the individuality of the student - Together we open the door to the world of art more widely. This contact with art through workshops is a wonderful experience for every person. It changes the perception of the entire reality that surrounds us. An ordinary sofa turns into a color framed by the line of the back. And looking at the original painting, we see a trace of the brush and it looks like the artist was here a while ago, and it doesn't matter that 100 years have passed...
