About this artwork
One day, I saw a beautiful girl with the face of a ballerina, and an image formed in my mind. The girl works at the circus, but her dream is to become a ballerina. In this artwork, I incorporated LED strips to create a play of light, giving the piece two perspectives. In the first, with the lights off, we see the girl dreaming of ballet slippers. In the second, with the lights on, we see her dream evolving, becoming more vivid and advanced, she sees herself like real ballerina The piece is created on burlap using acrylic putty, acrylic paints, oil paints, and metallic paint for the girl’s dress. Inside the artwork, there LED strips, a transformer, and a dimmer are installed to adjust the intensity of the light. The painting is framed with metal.

About the artist
For the last 15 years I have been doing artistic workshops, being careful not to disturb the individuality of the student - Together we open the door to the world of art more widely. This contact with art through workshops is a wonderful experience for every person. It changes the perception of the entire reality that surrounds us. An ordinary sofa turns into a color framed by the line of the back. And looking at the original painting, we see a trace of the brush and it looks like the artist was here a while ago, and it doesn't matter that 100 years have passed...
