The poem on the back reads: This conversation Is long overdue between you and I I’ve been running upstream At a steady upbeat You’ve been by my side Causing this blind eye Hear me out, We’ve only tasted cream On the surface. I’ve rarely noticed the curds Amongst the whey. It’s better this way, After all it was created And meant to be this way Heading in this direction At a steady uptake Upbeat swimming To keep things neat Maybe I prefer it this way.
