Part of my new series ‘Whispers from the coast’. This series was born from a nostalgic reverie. In the painting process, echoes of the faint whispers that tried to guide me towards my true path, were heard. These whispers now resound loudly as I've learned to listen to them. The colour of the surface I chose resembles sand, which enabled me to create as carefree child painting by the shore. The colours, composition and textures are a blend of yesterday’s memories and today’s views of Portugal’s coastline. We all have a story to tell. I hope you will feel empowered and inspired to embrace your story, because it matters.
