Taylor Stewart (b. 1993) lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Working between painting and sculpture, Taylor’s works are highly saturated gestures that incorporate dark imagery with a tender touch. While often satirical towards painting’s complex history, her works are playful and deeply felt intimate investigations. She has shown her works in several group shows in New York City as well as had solo presentations in Sutton, MA and Grenoble, France.
