However, as these temporary remedies lose their efficacy, past experiences flood back, challenging one to confront them head-on. Despite the difficulty of facing these emotions, it becomes clear that doing so is the first step toward escaping the cycle of pain, sadness, fear, and anger that has been ignored for so long. Realizing that confronting these past experiences offers a path out of the realm of pain, sadness, fear, and anger, one begins to acknowledge the importance of facing them directly. This acknowledgment signifies a willingness to embrace the discomfort in order to embark on a journey towards healing and personal growth.
