Inspired by the German artist Max Klinger and his work Der pinkelnde Tod (The Peeing Death), my own piece does not merely echo the artistic joke but expands upon it. I aim to create new contexts, challenge taboos, and demystify as well as desexualize the female body. This work engages with themes such as bodily autonomy, shame, gender roles, the visibility of female naturalness, and the disruption of the traditional representation of the "nude muse." The title Death Takes a Leak trivializes death, mocks the sublime, and merges it with the vulgar.
