My name is Lusyana Macovei, a visual artist whose creative journey has shifted from the foundation of precise graphic design to the realm of heartfelt, atmospheric painting. I graduated with a degree in graphic design in 2014, where portrait drawing was my main focus, establishing my sensitivity to form and proportion. ​Painting recently entered my life and immediately became my true passion. As a mother of a young child (a thriving 8-month-old boy), the time dedicated to creation is a precious, valuable moment that provides calm and rejuvenation in the rush of everyday life. Painting is not merely self-expression; it is a form of meditation that I cherish every minute of. ​Rain as the Muse ​The central theme of my paintings is the rain. This elemental phenomenon inspires me in real life as well, with its sound, its light refractions, and the quiet atmosphere it promises.
