I'm kinda lucky that I can capture my intense emotional moments in paintings. This one could remind me of the days I wanted to mark my anger, frustration, and pain... To scream my rage... And yet, I somehow managed to stay calm and go on with my day-to-day business... I'm tired of being resilient. Seriously. I want to throw raw, intense, and aggressive streaks of redness. To express the tension in the air. And I also want to stay blue, deep, cold, with a sense of anguish and sorrow. I'm lucky that I can turn my inner conflicts, turmoil, chaos, and distress into something tangible, out of my system. I'm lucky. And can hope for a better day.
