Find me on instagram @_mattiecampbell Born and raised surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, I find inspiration in the misty forests, rugged mountains and scenic rivers. I believe all of us are born artists. I have actively honed and fostered my creative side throughout my life, both formally and informally including earning my Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with an emphasis on Visual Communication from Seattle Pacific University. I paint intuitively. Layers of color and line, driven by the expression of my emotions, influenced by the world around me - what I see, what I hear, who I'm near. My paintings take on a quality of space and movement beyond the canvas. One can view my pieces and be moved by something unique to them and no one else.
