The peace and stillness in the eyes of the lion represent a pause and a focus on the things that really matter, ignoring all the external distractions, opinions and buzz of a modern world. Lion being a hunter for me represents the hunt for personal / inner power. Golden colors of the lion’s mane stand for true worth. The painting is overly filled with awakening of self-worth and self-empowerment.
