The painting captures the essence of those brief, almost imperceptible shifts in the environment—like the way sunlight filters through leaves, casting dappled patterns, or how a distant glow appears and disappears in the mist. The inspiration comes from the desire to encapsulate these moments of subtle transformation, where what is seen is just as important as what is felt. In creating “Flicker,” the aim was to evoke the sensation of something that is here one moment and gone the next—a whisper of light, a shimmer on the edge of perception.
