Hi! I’m Ryumitsu, a passionate self-taught artist who loves exploring multiple art mediums, from acrylics, watercolours, and poster colours to spray paint and mixed-media experiments. My works often blend creativity with unique DIY techniques, creating pieces that are not just visually striking but also tell a story. The name Ryumitsu comes from a fusion of Japanese inspiration — “Ryu” (dragon) symbolising strength and creativity, and “Mitsu” (light/shine) representing inspiration and hope. Through my art, I aim to bring these qualities to life in every piece I create. Whether it’s traditional paintings or modern experimental works, my focus is to make art that connects emotionally with people and adds meaning to their spaces.
