Marathon running is a very lovely and famous sport all over the world. I’m inspired by the crowd, the instant expression, the motion of the athletes, their passion and the colourful atmosphere. This sport emits so much energy with high vibrations. So that a lot of people want to participate in many events organised by the community. It raises the level of the spirit, the mutual respect and the common struggle!

Since the beginning of my artistic pathway, I motivated by the expression and the footprint of the instant motion of the human activity as well as of the active participation of the natural environment. Perhaps this is the reason why I am attracted by dynamic and athletic themes. My first paintings were focused on “motorcycle racing”, a very dynamic and fast pacing sport. Then I expanded my portfolio working on “horseback riding” and “happy valley racing”, Olympic Games paintings and several other similar topics. In my later and a bit more mature times, I focused on the “individual sailing”, “crowded sailboats marine”, “trade ports” and various other topics covering human daily routine activities, such as the “flea market” and “bazaar”. In general I’m mesmerised by the crowd, the colour compositions, the motion and the dynamic vibes that can release strong feelings and stimulate the senses.
