About this artwork

Part of ‘Comfort Zone’ project. The "small dictator" is crowned by his family. The childhood is usually a time of nonchalance, lightness, easiness, social impunity and the basis of our psycoligical portrait. Later on, if you keep the child alive, it communicate with the adult we are, we become its family. We take care for the child in us this amplificator of our inner voice, of our unconditional needs. The composition is inspired by a graphity lettering, wich I met in different places, and asked myself how I keep staying positive... paper 330 gsm; acrylic, pastel; Sediment process *, UV Schmincke coating; box framing -- * This new pictorial concept, developed over the years, is a visual language with its syntax and is based on mathematical logic and linear perspective. It recreates a feeling of movement through cross-sections, with the means of painting. It conveys the message of aesthetic of slow motion – an ethical opportunity to observe the phase of deviation – for understanding beyond the ego.
