About this artwork
In 'January Flowers,' a gift from my boyfriend, the canvas echoes transient beauty and cherished moments, extending the themes of 'Flowers.' The artwork invites appreciation for the ephemeral nature of both relationships and floral beauty, frozen in time. It's a celebration of impermanence, capturing the essence of love through January's fleeting blooms. (On canvas paper, option to frame)

About the artist
In my artistic journey, painting is my sanctuary where I breathe life into landscapes, architecture, and everyday moments, blending realism with abstraction and allowing my work to echo where the light hits. Amidst this exploration, the ongoing series Peaks of Peace stands as a testament to my evolving perspective. Here, I delve into the tranquility of overlooked spaces, extending beyond personal moments to capture the beauty of daily life during my travels. I bring vibrant colors to these spaces, infusing each piece with the subtle tints and shadows that might often go unnoticed, creating a distinctive vibrancy and life. Rediscovering my passion in university and accepted into OCAD, I found a profound connection with art, particularly in capturing life's simplicity. Nature, architecture, and simplicity inspire my work, creating meditative spaces that invite contemplation. Simultaneously, my exploration of water themes remains a distinct thread, connecting me to the world's colors. I use reflection and peace of mind to create serene spaces in my artwork, aiming to open viewers' minds to new perspectives. Overall, my artistic process is intuitive, transcending technicalities to create resonant works that echo the beauty of everyday moments.
