I had the opportunity to travel to Denver, CO back in 2017 multiple times and I was always so excited to see the blue stallion statue known as Blucifer outside Denver airport everytime to greet me. I combined the blue stallion in this painting with one of Colorados most iconic landscapes, Black Canyon of the Gunnison. This painting is completed using oil pastels and acrylics on canvas. Size is 20 x 16".
