Maryam is known for her ability to capture the illusion of flow on an otherwise static canvas. With more than two decades of experience, she has developed an artistic style that is uniquely her own. Her use of limited colour pallets, combined with heavy layers and seamless brush strokes, results in artwork that is full of depth and personality. Her work has been showcased nationally and abroad in solo and group exhibitions.Her work may be found in the corporate collection of the State Farm Insurance Company in Lomita, California and private collections in Canada, the USA, and Europe. Maryam currently lives and works in Richmond Hill, ON.
