1990 in Pistoia, Italy. Lives and works in Prato, Italy. Alessio Lucarini began to develop his artistic practice after graduating from DAMS in Bologna in 2014 (Drama, art and music studies), offering him the basis for his future experiments. His artistic research began with Photography and this allowed him to create the first series of works, Planet Earth and Colors. He later abandoned the idea of using photography as the only means of expression to approach painting as an expression of his new research. His current artistic research deals with the search for color and shapes becoming the representation and communication of the meaning of the diversity they represent.
