Through the examination of utopian intentions within architecture and interior design, I employ interdisciplinary methods in order to study places of transition and national collapse. Flatness and realism combine in my work in order to create confusing, layered narratives that toe the line between fact and fiction and call capitalist approaches into question. Ultimately, as a study of absence, aesthetic markers, and political relics, my practice focuses on the transformation of national memory.
