My favorite place to see art is...

Walking down a street and seeing an artist painting and selling their art on the sidewalk. Especially in a smaller touristy town with a good vibe. You can tell that there is a magic in the air and the artist has tapped into it. Every trip I’m able to buy art from one of those artists makes it so much better.
