A theme in art that I gravitate towards is...

I tend to gravitate towards pieces that juxtapose classical artwork with a modern, street/graffiti or abstract touch added. Think Michaelangelo's David. Clean, gray, smooth... Now, slather our dear David with bright abstract colors and "tasteful" touches of graffiti.

Art is powerful because...

To me the real power that lies in art is its ability to influence people. And, as we all know, if you can influence people then you can change the world.
