I studied painting at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, received my BFA in 1990, and went on to receive an MFA from the University of North Carolina in 1993. I have been painting ever since. I am a dual Canadian/ American citizen and have lived in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia for the past 19 years. My work explores the intersections of art and science, space and place, and colour and light.
