About
Adam Sultan's work is a high dive into color and activity, bouncing between abstraction and landscape, composition and improvisation, bad taste and good. Recalling Post Impressionism, children's drawings, and the organic geometries of Ellsworth Kelly and Mary Heilmann, they are self conscious, joyful and immersive. He has shown with Marathon Gallery in Ellenville, NY, Magenta Plains in NYC, as well as Reynolds Gallery in Richmond, VA.
